The Chief Audit Officer reports to the DART Board Audit Committee and oversees all internal audit functions, including operational, IT, and contractor audits. Using COSO-based standards, the role ensures effective oversight and provides assurance on the Agency’s ability to achieve its objectives.
The President & CEO leads and is accountable for the Agency’s overall performance, overseeing operations, strategy, stakeholder engagement, and policy implementation while fostering a strong culture and driving innovative, customer-focused services.
Under general direction, is responsible for the completion of mail dispatch process in a timely, orderly, and accurate manner. Interfaces with postal personnel professionally and with diplomacy. Keeps accurate and complete records of all mail processed through the department. Checks each account to see that postage money has been received and deposited in the correct postal accounts.
